• The WA State Attorney General has had my 1983 under the color of law complaint since August 2022. ( see https://axjwa.com/ )
• The courts are refusing to follow the laws made by the Senate and Congress.
• My name is Byron L. Barton and I’m 100% service connected Vietnam Veteran.
• I served four years in Vietnam with awards only to have Chase Bank do an illegal foreclosure when Chase Bank lacks the wet ink note that the UCC required by law in all fifty states.
• After reading the first four pages ( of a recent ruling ), then going to the federal conclusion.
• Then go to Appendix 8a we’re Chase Bank is represented by L.A. attorneys.
• Then go to Appendix 10a where Chase’s attorney claim in bold ink that WAMU sold all of their Mortgages and Loans.
• Then go to Appendix 27a where WAMU sold our Mortgage.
• There is some major lying going on.
• I’m a retired paralegal that spend 380 hours in research and development.
• I’m 72 years old and I type one letter at a time with my good right hand.
• I risked my life and was exposed to Agent Orange which caused me a heart attack and a stroke.
• The U.S. government should be a shame of not following the laws made by the Senate and Congress.
• Only the Senate and Congress can correct the Bank’s and Court’s violation of law.
